The selection
We present selectively. Each property enters our portfolio only after a visit, a conversation with its owners, and agreement on how it will be presented. What follows is not a catalogue: it is what we have committed to championing.
Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche, Yvelines
An architect-designed house set at the forest edge, facing west.
Dark wood cladding, offset volumes around a preserved eucalyptus. Light crosses the house completely at sunset.
Cap d'Antibes, Alpes-Maritimes
Three levels open to the sea, a ten-minute walk from the coves.
Light stone, oak and glass. An infinity pool spans the entire length of the lower terrace.
Boulogne-Billancourt, Hauts-de-Seine
A townhouse in black zinc and cedar, closed around a patio.
Nothing is visible from the street. Inside, a planted patio distributes the rooms and brings daylight to the heart of the plan.
Sainte-Maxime, Var
A white and gray volume open to the gulf, south-facing pool.
Two superimposed terraces, one for morning, one for evening. Unobstructed view of the bay from both.

The approach
We work in reverse of common practice: the property first, then the buyers, never the listing. A mandate begins with several weeks during which nothing is visible. That is where the price is determined.
No property is published on portals. Addresses circulate only after conversation, and never in writing.
Four sales out of five close without a listing ever existing, between two parties we already knew.
We verify financing before the first viewing. An owner receives only people who are in a position to purchase.
